Initial Energy converted to its current corporate structure in 2004, following more than two successful decades of operations. Our exceptional staff offers a combined century of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry.

Our priority is to develop long-term, strong, reliable and profitable working relationships between the landowners and the finest oil companies.  Our early development of lease blocks in the Eagle Ford sweet spots well ahead of the majors is a perfect example of our drive and foresight. 

 

We implement a cooperative approach to resolving any issues whether it be mineral title or lease related while supporting the interests of both our landowners and the Joint Venture Drilling Partners.
